5. Book Sales and Donation Program

(a) Sales to Donation Ratio: For every ten (10) books sold on this website in Australia, one (1) book total cost equivalent will be donated as part of our charitable giving program.

(b) Donation Program Details:

(i) The donation is calculated based on the sale of ten (10) books, with the overall value of the one (1) donated book inclusive of all applicable shipping and handling fees required to donate.

(ii) The Site reserves the right to accumulate and distribute the donated books in larger quantities at its discretion.

(iii) The Site reserves the right to accumulate and distribute the donated books to whomever they feel fit to with or without public display.

(iv) The total donation value is determined by the raw cumulative cost of the ten (10) sold books, excluding shipping, handling, processing fees, payment fees, affiliate fees or all other fees and no further credits or funds will be provided beyond the stated ratio.

(v) In the event where books are unable to be donated and taxes are paid on the financial value, the new balance becomes the value after taxes paid.

6. Order Acceptance and Payment

(a) All orders placed via the Site are subject to acceptance by the Site. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

(b) Prices are subject to change without notice and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

(a) Shipping Terms: Products will be shipped to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be detailed during the purchase process.

(b) Risk of Loss: Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. The Site is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit.

(c) Delays: While the Site will make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. The Site shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.

8. Damages, Returns, and Refunds

(a) Product Condition: All products are inspected prior to shipping. However, if products arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within [1] day of receipt.
