  1. What is an Affiliate code?
    These are a 10% discount code that is added to your order by supporting any of our affiliates through ‘The Average Affiliate Program’.

  2. What is the 10 books sold = 1 book donated?
    This program has been created to give back to those who are severely affected by mental health such as those in suicide wards, homeless and others across the world. This program is relevant to the country our books are sold in meaning when you buy from us, we donate to your country.

    It feels good to give back and by doing this from the start means we can see this program grow alongside us. A full terms and conditions can be found here.

  3. My Affiliate is choosing to donate their commission, what does this mean?
    The Average Affiliate Program rewards stores and influencers with a 10% commission when a customer uses their code. Some have chosen to donate their share in order to double the donation ratio purely out of the kindness of their heart. This means, instead of 10 books sold = 1 book donated, their contribution makes it 5 books sold = 1 book donated for orders that use their code.

  4. Do you offer E-Book versions of your guides?
    The Average Guides are sold as a hard copy only. When you hold them, you’ll realise why we made them this way.

  5. Which countries do you supply to?
    We can supply almost anywhere and will endeavour to find you the best price, feel free to Contact us to order internationally.

Delivery & Shipping

  1. How long does it take for my book to arrive?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but domestic shipping within Australia usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on your country’s postal system.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs will vary based on your order size, destination, and delivery times based on your location. Contact us if you’re outside of Australia to organise international shipping.

  3. Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
